If you click Shop for Benefits and there are no products available for you to shop for, there are a few likely reasons why you cannot see any benefits to select from.
- Your Open Enrollment period has not started or has already ended. If you don’t know when your Open Enrollment period is, contact your HR Administrator to find out.
- Your personal or dependent info changes are still pending an HR Administrator approval or your account is being updated by your HR Administrator. Your HR Administrator will notify you when your changes have been approved and if you're eligible to shop for products.
- You're simply not eligible to shop for benefits at this time. Contact your HR Administrator for further information.
