I added products to my cart but can't check out. What do I do?

If you added products to your cart but can’t check out, there’s a few things you should look into.

  1. Make sure you’ve either enrolled in or waived at least one product for each product category.

    Important: Depending on your employer, some of the product categories will be required to to either enroll in or waive. The required categories have an * to the right of their name.

  2. Go to the “Review My Cart” tab and make sure that each product is confirmed. If the “Confirm Product” button is green, please click on it to confirm the product. Make sure all your product selections are confirmed to continue.
