If you have questions related to your benefits, you should reach out to your benefits administrator.
If you're unsure of who to ask, log into Maxwell and select Need Help? from the menu at the top of your screen. A pop-up will appear that allows you to send your question directly to your benefits administrator as set by your employer.
Some examples of questions that are best suited for your HR Administrator or benefits administrator:
- When will I receive my insurance card? How can I request a new one?
- Who do I contact if I have a question about a claim or using my benefits?
- Where do I find my member ID, group ID, or insurance carrier contact info?
- Anything about a specific benefit's plan document and what it means
